*Placing an order on this site, you accept and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions.
*All our prices are in £ GBP and include VAT.
*Printing Services – All orders have a 2-week turnaround.
*Business & Logo Design – Proofing stage normally takes up to 48hours. we do advise a 2-3 week turnaround
*Website Design – This is normally a 4-6 week turnaround, however, e-commerce shops can take 6-8 weeks, depending on content added.
*The only time this would change, would be during our busier periods, such as Christmas, or any wedding orders, which we will advise prior to ordering. Please contact us for our timescales to avoid disappointment.
* All orders require the customer’s approval of the design before the order is printed. The design is sent as a jpeg file.
*All my work is designed around each customer to their requests.
*I reserve the right to refuse to reproduce anything of an offensive or illegal nature and will not accept
any responsibility, for breach of copyright on any materials supplied by the customer.
*We do not accept responsibility for the quality of images sent to us, ‘the higher the quality of image the better the print’. We prefer to accept, png, eps & pdf files. Jpeg is ok but is a compressed file so quality can be lost.
*It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that image is of high enough quality and resolution to be printed at the size requested. If you’re unsure whether your image is high enough resolution, please contact us before placing an order. We print images/designs after final proof has been confirmed. All images provided have had permission from the owner
*Paypal (guest users welcome)
*We do not offer a return policy due to all our products are a bespoke item to suit customer requirements.
*If a miss-print please contact us within 24 hours of the received item, if the product differs from the proof you received.
*If goods are damaged on receipt contact immediately via phone or email within 24 hours and send photos of how parcel has arrive as we use this to make a claim as proof.
*Faulty or miss-printed items must be returned before a replacement is sent out.
*If any goods need to be returned, please return within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you relevant information to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.
*Once everything is checked and a refund is applicable we will email your refund to your payment method used (please note debit card payment can take 3 working days to show into your account)
*Standard Delivery from £1.50 -£4.95. 3-5 working days by Royal Mail/Courier. (Printing Services)
*Once orders are posted a proof of postage is obtained.
*Any returned items are you’re responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return policy section above.
*Website & Business/logo design are sent via email with the necessary files attached.
*If you wish to cancel your order this can only be done before proofing stage (usually within 48hours of placing your order), once this has been done your order heads to print to be made up.

*Orders can be changed before the proofing stage (usually within 48hours of placing your order). Once you have had your proof and you have confirmed it, your order can not be changed.
*Business design & website design, if order is complete and you required any changes after complition, a small charge will be applied to make any changes.
*Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computers hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website.
