How long does it take to build a website?
This will depend on the size of the website, which can vary from a one-page website to a fully functional e-commerce website with products and depending on the complexity of the design, along with revisions. All our websites are bespoke and we aim to custom design to suit your stationery and match with your business logo. Depending on the number of pages & requirements, we do advise this process can start from 3-4 weeks, If you are requiring an e-commerce website this can take up to 4-6 weeks, assuming we get all products sent with their descriptions. Please note these are guidelines, however, we can work around your timeframes if you have a date in mind with our guidelines.
How much does a website cost?
Our prices start from £395 which will allow you to display your business over a selection of pages. We do offer additional services such as booking in forms, take deposits & more for additional costs.
If you are looking for an e-commerce website, this starts from £550 and will get you the 1st 50 products in with this price. Any additional products and services required will occur additional costs.
What do you use to build a website?
We use Content Management System (CMS) this gives you complete control over your website, by allowing you to add or change any content on your website – pages, images, news, products descriptions, prices and more. This is done using a WordPress platform and also include basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Do you include SEO?
Yes – SEO (Search Engine Optimization), We use a premium plugin which will allow you to have more than one keyword on your website, this allows practices that help the ‘findability” of your website by search engines. Over a period of time, this will be improving your ranking on search engines results pages.

Do I get full ownership of website?
Yes, To allow this process, we will need your personal detail to set up your website, to get it registered and online, this can take up to 24 hours or longer.
Do you offer payment options?

We accept payment 50% deposit (based on final quoted price), with the option to pay rest on completion of your website. Once payment has been completed, you will be given full access & ownership of your website with login & password details.
E-commerce/Shop websites only:
We offer monthly payments with a minimum deposit payment of £350 (based on final quoted price) Monthly payments will be set over a 12 month period. T&C apply. Once payment is completed, you will be given full access & ownership of your website.
How much is a logo Design?
Our prices start from £45 for a single logo design, we do offer design packages if you require an alternative logo
Would the logo be copyright to me?
On completion of your logo design, you will have the full legal ownership of your logo design. However, you are able to apply for a trademark of your logo by going to Gov UK website

How long does it take for a design to be completed?
Our timescale varies, depending on your designing requirements. We aim to have 1st set of design proofs to be sent within 48hours. Depending on how complex the design is, we like to aim between 3-5 working days to have your design complete. The only time this would take longer if we had a variety of designs that required to be done or possible a busy period such as Christmas. We do advise timescales when ordering,
What happens if I lose my logo or design files?
We keep backup files on all our design work. If you were to lose a file get in touch and we can provide the relevant files you need.
Do I receive a proof of my logo/design work?
Yes, all logo and design work, we aim to have a 1st proof sent over within 48hours. Our design work will be complete once you have confirmed you are 100% happy with the design and we will send the relevant files via email on completion.
What files will I recieve?
On completion of your branding design, you will receive the following files :
EPS – This is a vector file that may contain 2D vector graphics, bitmap images, and text. A high-quality file that can be used with any other vector graphic editing applications.
PNG – This is a website file containing a bitmap of indexed colours and uses lossless compression, similar to a .GIF file. This has a transparent background, which is perfect to display online, mainly websites.
PDF – Is commonly used for printing applications and is a format that has captured all the elements of a printed document as an electronic image that you can view, navigate, print, or forward to someone else.
JPEG – A compressed graphics format which may noticeably reduce the image quality if high amounts of compression are used. This is normally used for photo viewing and is used at the proofing stage.
How do I order?
All our products are available to buy in our business stationery section. We have added a note section to all our products if you would like to make any notes or changes to the order.
How do I send my photos?
We do advise to send all your photos to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org after checkout. This helps retain the quality of the image.
How do I send my logo?
We have an option on our website to upload your logo, however, you can send it to our email address email@example.com after checkout. If we have designed your logo, you can ignore this section.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes, all orders that require your logo and designing to suit your business will receive proofs within 48hours for you to check. Orders are only printed and made-up once we have had confirmation that you are 100% happy with your design.
How long will my order take to process?
At this time, we are advising up to a 1-week turnaround of your order. We will advise our order process after checkout, so you will be always updated. Usually, the only time this would take long would be depending on the size of the order.
What Are Your Payment Methods?

We use Paypal as a secure server which allows you to use your standard Debit or Credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service, yet it gives you your buyers protection.
Our website uses a secure payment method & we use a security certificate with all payments.
What Delivery Do You Offer?
Prices are valued in weight
0-49 grams = £1.50 (Via Royal Mail)
50-499 grams = £2.95 (Via Royal Mail)
500-999 grams = £3.95 (Via Royal Mail)
1000+ grams = £4.95 (Via Royal Mail or Courier)
Orders via Royal Mail can take between 3-5 working days 2nd class
Orders via DPD can take between 24-48 working day hours as this is for orders that weight over 1kg and need to be sent via courier. Please note we book this service on the next working day of when your order is complete.
